The lease term at the Sutherland Lofts is one year.
A $50 application fee and a security deposit of one months rent is required.
Each bedroom has its own in bathroom. Sutherland Lofts has: 2 bedroom 2 ½ baths.
Sutherland Lofts is 1/2 mile from campus.
Sutherland Lofts includes high-efficiency washer and dryers, gas range/hood/microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.
Each unit has a two car garage.
Sutherland Lofts provides Comcast high speed internet and cable television which is included in the rent.
Sutherland Lofts allow pets and there is a one-time $250 pet deposit.
Rent is due on the first of the month and is considered late if it is not received by the close of the fifth business day of the month.
The monthly rent includes high speed internet, cable, pest control, lawn and grounds maintenance, garbage service and security monitoring.
